Note: Manufactured Homes construction is not regulated by your state or local codes. Manufactured Homes Construction is regulated by HUD, and are built according to regional needs and HUD regulations. Special training is required to properly inspect Manufactured Homes. Not all inspectors are trained and certified to inspect Manufactured Homes, and may not recognize if structure was built for your region. Example: If the home you want to purchase was originally built for the State of Florida and was relocated to our State, there is a good chance that roof was not designed to tolerate the snow load and the insulation factor for the home and plumbing system may not be adequate ... Capitol Home Inspections has received the top Manufactured Home inspection training and we would catch that.

OTHER CHARGES:
CAPITOL HOME INSPECTIONS will travel anywhere within the State of Indiana. However, we have an additional fee if location is more than 60 miles from our office.
*$0.80 per mile for locations farther than 60 miles from our office on every mile over 60 miles, each way
* Miles will be calculated by Google Map miles. (Shortest distance routing)
