Our Report   

CAPITOL HOME INSPECTIONS has produced one of the most detailed reports in the industry. We have combined both, Narrative and Check List styles. Our report places the pictures right where you need them, below the comments, not at the end of the report in a separate page. This will give you a better understanding of the report as you read it.

Your report will not be a mass produced template like other reports out there, but a carefully designed and comprehensive report. You will have a much clearer understanding of what it is you are about to purchase, and you will be able to make your decision confidently. Your report will not only identify deficiencies in components and systems, but also provide you with an arsenal of digital pictures of such deficiencies and identify their locations to help you find them in the future. You will want to keep this report for future reference.

Your report will include:

• The Home Inspection Report with as many as 15 primary sections, up to 80 sub-sections, and many digital pictures.
• The Home Maintenance book “Now That You’ve Had a Home Inspection" Written by Nick Gromicko and Published by InterNACHI
• Estimated Life Expectancy Chart. (This chart will provide an idea of life expectancy of most of your home's systems and components.)
• A Pre-closing Walk-thru Inspection Check List. (To help you during your final walk-thru before "The Closing". Use this check-list to inspect deficient elements negotiated for repairs and to make sure no new issues are present.)
• A copy of our Standards of Practice with Glossary of terms. ( InterNACHI )    Standards of Practice

Report Delivery

You will receive a PDF via email early next morning at the lattest (Most reports within the same day of the inspection). Your hard copy will be delivered at the prearranged time and place agreed. Your report will be delivered in a hard paper copy, CD, or both if you wish.
